In a recent report the Mozambique government is said to be in favour of large-scale projects which contribute to the formation of national capital, provide direct and indirect employment and lead to an increase in exports and state revenue. The law which came into effect in August last year plays a significant role in all natural resource and infrastructure projects in Mozambique is clear in principle but on the other hand unclear on details. The details supplied by the regulation presently under consideration include:
